Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of each gift box, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We strive to find products that appeal to a wide array of interests, but we do realize that our recipients each have their own unique taste. If for some reason you or the recipient are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at nicole@getawaygiftbox.com and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. Any breakage that may have occurred in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Replacement items may not be identical to the original items that were purchased.
